Duke, Storm Shadow,lady Jaye,The Twins(Tomax and xamos), Iron knife spirit, Cobra comando are some of my favorite characters that I always remember from GI Joe.

The real question is why he always seemed to keep them together. When 3:27 plays out a bit, we learn that one brother can pinpoint the exact location of the other on a holographic globe. Seems like good cause for always keeping one at the base, or just… not where we can immediately see how the other one was hurt.
The Twins do share a psychic bond. They can see through the eyes of the other’s appearances. Without actually having to exchange words or be in the same location.

With this weakness, they really shouldn't have even participated in combat at all and should have just stayed back acting as commanders.
As horrendous as the live action movies were, it still would’ve been nice to see the twins in one of those flicks.
They should be able to control this unique ability and activate it when they choose to, not let it control them.
