since guinsoo stacks off E for even terminus, plus magic pen helps the passive, this might be the build.
it's intriguing, as the game has less damage (allegedly), the bruiser on hit might be the most viable path, but it's not really playing into akshan strengths, other than his 2 autos.
or 4 if going nuts with hydra. but hell nah
