Arbi Masala
500 Gms Arbi
1 - 1.5 Inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies
TATA SIMPLY BETTER COLD PRESSED MUSTARD OIL
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Amchoor
Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
A PINCH OF hing
GROUND SPICES :
2 tsp Coriander pOwder
1 tsp red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp haldi Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
WHOLE SPICES :
2 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1/2 Sauf
1 tsp Mustard Seeds

Masala Arabi ki Sabji.....
Usually this sabji is made in combination with onion and garlic, sometimes tomatoes also. But I was thrilled to see your this recepe where onion or garlic is avoided. That drew my interest to try this recepe and find out how it tastes. So I prepared this sabji today ie 22ndJuly2024 and followed your demo ditto. The net outcome was simply Fantastic. Very yummy and Very Enjoyable and something Different. Everyone in my family loved this sabji very much. Thanks to you Parul for bringing out such appetizing recepes. God Bless 🌹
