The Lower Thames Crossing - absolute farce for many reasons, just one being the traffic modelling is out of date already. They could of course, actually complete the M25 (the stretch from the Darenth interchange to the Dartford Crossing is an A road for those who don’t know) with another bridge, leaving the current tunnels for local traffic, but that’s too simple. Instead they want a land grab and squeeze a four lane A road into two lanes at the new crossing - equally a joke as anybody who currently uses the A2 in that area at busy times will know. Highways currently have their sales force out in force around the affected areas, further trying to convince the gullible that this is a great idea.

I have a Transporters Licence for moving the bird. I have an Animal Activity Licence so I can show the bird and now I've registered my bird with APHA due to this new law. So my bird of prey is registered and licensed 4 times. But nothing for dogs and cats ???

I have/had a Tomtom go, which worked fine for two years or so, and I paid for map updates - but last week, when I checked it for any new map changes, all I could get was the 'gear-wheel' that meant it was deceased. So all my 'safed' destinations hav gone as well, although they are locked n the ram. If I just throw the thing out, someone with suitable hacking gear might be able to break in to it.
If a garage employee crashes your car let your own insurance deal with it. As they are going to recoup 100% of the cost, they should organise a like for like car whilst yours is off the road. They will organise an engineer to inspect the car. If the car is a total loss they should give you retail price of the car. The caveat to this is if the garage has the same insurance company as you, then they will do everything to minimise costs. If this is the case call a specialist solicitors.
So millions of game birds are bred, reared and then released into the countryside very year. DEFRA are not going to be able to keep tabs on evey bird. Unworkable.

It's potato season in England and there's no way of farmers getting them in because of the rain. A lot of farmers are going to lose their crop.

Kia's bebng hacked, phones that stop working - Satnav's too. I have/had a Tomtom go, which worked fine for two years or so, and I paid for map updates - but last week, when I checked it for any new map changes, all I could get was the 'gear-wheel' that meant it was deceased. So all my 'safed' destinations hav gone as well, although they are locked n the ram. If I just throw the thing out, someone with suitable hacking gear might be able to break in to it.
If a garage employee crashes your car let your own insurance deal with it. As they are going to recoup 100% of the cost, they should organise a like for like car whilst yours is off the road. They will organise an engineer to inspect the car. If the car is a total loss they should give you retail price of the car. The caveat to this is if the garage has the same insurance company as you, then they will do everything to minimise costs. If this is the case call a specialist solicitors.

Good comment but it's shoddy build quality on the cheap shelving and you know I wouldn't have an EV in there!
