GDSF WWI Run

As part of the Great Dorset Steam Fair's commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the First World War, a convoy took to the road from the Bovington Tank Museum to the show site near Blandford.
The newly restored McLaren road locomotive 'Gigantic', appearing in war department livery teamed up with McLaren 'Boadicea' to haul a WWI Holt gun tractor on the repainted Pickfords trailer.The load was guided by a Model T Ford staff car and supported by Burrell 'Clinker' towing two war department wagons, the WWI Foden steam wagon, and two WWI lorries.
