May all those young men, French, German, American, British, Austrian, no matter where they’re from, Rest In Peace. I know noone is probably going to read this, but I still felt like I needed to leave this here.
Thank you. I’m grateful you did.
@Spreemazing Couldnt agree more. Nicely worded.
incredible comment. i wasn't taught about WW1 and WW2 in my school since our country participated in no such wars (not directly atleast). I truly believe that everyone should be made aware of these human made horrors - regardless of it being a part of 'their history'. this movie, hacksaw ridge along with firebird, dunkirk and many more really opened my eyes to the true nature of war. and it's a *vile* truth.
Absolutely brilliant comment, really well said 👏
Never again, my children will not be the servants of bitter old men who hate them for their youth and love. Our children deserve better
Bro gave us the coldest World War 1 edit and did not give us a blanket
My brother says I’m being over dramatic when I say this is one of the saddest movies I will ever see
The fist cut-scene depicts the sadness in the person's face

War is where the young and stupid are tricked by the old and bitter into killing each other.

I feel like this young man everyday of my life ,A Soldiers eyes never lies !!! When you experience war your soul littery feels like your carrying a thousand pounds over your head its very wierd to explain unless you been deployed & sent to war.
The fact he watched all of his friends die in front of him is really sad man
This actually broke me just imagine how many friends and comrades you had and they just all die with one shot that pain that agony to feel i wish not even my worst enemy to feel that pain. Just know war is not a fun thing and i just see so many people saying ''i would bravely go to the millitary and fight for my country'' i was one of those people to and when i told my mom about she was in tears and i rethinked why war is such a gruesome thing i rethinked of the people that got drafted into the millitary like my great grandfather that survived. Guys never ever think that war is cool it is gruesome it will break you if you survive even give you PTSD i wish this comment opened your eyes of the gruesome thing called war.
War can be necessary some times to protect your country and your family what you just said is an example of a soft man and a soft man's mindset war scary and bad.
@@adolfhitler1795 Your name says it all. You're actually cringe bro saying ''war is good'' ibet you'd piss your self and you would kill your self from PTSD. Just saying you're is fucking stupid my great grandpa sad he still had flashbacks of people he saw DEAD and he was a war veteran of the second world war bud he said war isn't good he said he fought for his freedom and his family i'll give you that but he said that he'll never want to experience such thing.Either you're trying to be edgy with that name which you're sucessing and you're telling everyone who says war is bad that he is some kind of pussy yet you couldn't even kill one man because you've would've killed your self of the mass amounts of PTSD you'd get. I am sure that you can't even kill a animal for food.
@@Quincy_000 So what about defense your country?
