Love this video ! P.S If your thinking of turbo swap to IS38 be careful as it is a gen b cycle engine so not a full fat EA888 Like the Golf R. Ive done some research into that turbo swap myself and I've heard mixed reviews. I'd say swap it to the IS20 to be safe side. Keep it up with the vids dude !
Yeah the exhaust bangs from time to time when you are slammed, has to be like a certain speed and angle bump though. Don’t suppose you have vagcom do you? The speedo dials were set to a different style on mine but now the car is a jetta not a polo when you open a door lol. I wouldn’t go beyond stage 2 - after that you might as well of got a golf and 4wd. Unless you really like buying front tyres 😁
It’s annoying isn’t it! Not vagcom no, got OBD 11 tho? Tbh I think these cars can put the power down! Not in first and second granted, but past that I think it’s useable, only really using robertos that was featured on Hampshire photography as an example tbf tho. Buying tyres is my second favourite hobby 😂
@@PassionForPetrol ah nice. OBD11 could work, I’m only a couple a junctions down the M1 away tbf 👀 My stage 2 with GPF and standard cat got 272bhp and 465nm so your 280-285 should be about right!
@@ad_182_uk what parts are you running for the stage 2 with cat and GPF? 270hp is my goal for my polo. its currently at 242 with just a ecu tune but im looking to increase that but I'm not sure what parts would be best for increasing the power to those numbers whilst keeping the cat/GPF (as i want it to pass MOT and be legal just for peace of mind)
hiya mate. Im having my cobra sport opf back exhaust fitted soon. I think its the same as yours. did you have the de-cat/downpipe already installed when filming this? just so i can gauge how mine will sound once its fitted. Love the car btw. I've taken a bit of inspiration from your videos and I'm having a lot of work done to it over the next few weeks. you should do a video down here in south wales. we have lovely roads if you know where to find them!
Ahh nice! No mate no decat in that video, the one you’ve gone for has a good amount of noise tho. Thank you mate appreciate it :) send me some pics of yours when you’ve done some stuff! Defo planning a trip over there at some point
@@PassionForPetrol sure thing! I take it you're on instagram? i could send pics over on there when its done. it'd be nice to show someone who appreciates this type of stuff as much as I do
How did u install the rear wing, with 3M, glue, etc?
Hi mate, 3M tape and tiger seal 👍
