Now this was really cool with the reflection of the train on the water. Beautiful auto racks!! Looks like I need to get some of these. Great capture Eddie! Have a fantastic weekend. 👍
@@TwistedMacGyversTrains hey there Frank, yeah plenty of V trains roll through here, the CSX Keystone Subdivision. Appreciate you stopping by, have a great weekend 👍🏼😁🇺🇸
@@backalleyrailroading2835 thanks my man, yeah the horn reverberation is simply amazing 😁🎵. Appreciate you stopping by and the support, have a great evening 😎🇺🇸👍🏼
I don't have the foggiest idea where my first comment went so try it a second time. Looks like a great way to spend the evening combining two interests no less. Even though it's been decades since I was there the greatest horn reverberations I remember was along the Illinois River in the Starved Rock State Park where the Rock Island operated. A fine job of live Broadcasting and you have the Conrail quality down to a science
@@paulbergen9114 that’s awesome Paul, I was replying back to Millers Railfan, our buddy Steve, and said in the wintertime it sounds even better, something about the cool, dense air makes the horn more pronounced. I usually always see at least one Conrail rack on any CSX “V” train I see down here. Appreciate you watching and the nice comments Paul👍🏼😁🇺🇸
@@BoxcarJerry thanks Jerry, you know me, I love my power😂. It’s all in the radiator section Jerry, the tier 4’s have a huge radiator, it almost looks like a pitched roof, there are 4 uniform intake grids. The AC44CW’s have a slightly angle rad, not as pronounced as the ET44, and it’s much thinner at the top edge, there’s a uniform intake grate that’s angled that runs below it. Once you get it down it’s easy to identify GE or EMDs

@@MillersRailfan it’s pretty cool to experience it down there, it sounds even better in the winter, when the air is cool and dense, just does something for the sound waves.
