You need to be able to use Monsoon watering can (level 3 skill of watering can is needed, Just keep training with Masami's Watering can / level 2 watering can). Then in winter, Fill your Monsoon with The water from your pasture (either Chicken or Cow) then melt the snow with it. Then, plant 30 Poinsettias and ship them before Christmas(i don't know if i should keep them or not, so i plant 60, 30 shipped and 30 stay in the soil) or help Dorothy with her cake. Then you will meet the cutscene where the Missing Spirit is founded. After that, you can pass through the mist forest
