    Thanks Shane. I’m one of those in the South with an AG exemption. Our property taxes are very low compared to what you’re describing in NH which is shocking. I can deal with everything else but if they are hitting everyone hard on property tax how is the infrastructure such as the roads, bridges, emergency management, schools, etc? Thanks again

    In defending the NH property tax, let me just say… if you plan on retiring in NH, the property tax gets drastically reduced. We’re looking at getting tf out of upstate NY, we pay around $1k/month in property/school tax for a quarter acre. $500/month ain’t that scary!
