I was worried cause this comeback seemed rushed but this music video is...WOW. One of their bests, for sure. The song is great too!! Hoping SM gives them a lot a promotion this year because 10 years for a GG is something to celebrate 🥳

I picked the perfect time to really *really* dive into K-pop because I had been on the outskirts for a while. I had never ever expected Red Velvet to do the whole spooky thing, which they've been doing for a few releases now, but I'm into it. I've heard portions of the other songs on the album, and I love it so much.
Hopefully you didn't start with Red Velvet. It might spoil you on everything else 😅

Definitely one of the best Red Velvet's title track ever! What an amazing comeback.

For all of the major moments they missed from the movie. They did capture a lot of the small moments like the flowers on the eyes, and the blowing of the flowers in our faces symbolizing the scene where they blew drugs in the main protagonist face to paralyze to get him into the bear😂
I've never been let down by Red Velvet. They are living legends.

Love your reaction and I agree that if you're that good releasing music for 10 years and still surprise the listeners for great song, the word slowdown or hiatus should not be worded.
I hope SM give Red Velvet the treatment they deserve. It so hard for a member of a group to be constant and stable in kpop industry.

Fantastic song and MV. The credit for MIDSOMMAR is funny to me.😅 I think RV will become like SNSD. They will have a comeback every 5 years. I'm so done with SM, btw. They just don't give a damn about their artists after they hit the 7 year mark.
I don't think it's simply an SM thing. The desires of idols change after such a long group period. Some want to dabble in different pursuits.
I do think we'll start seeing an SNSD-like release structure from them
@@KpopPrince Yeah, that's true, it's not just SM. I mean, that's why most groups disband after 5-7 years. The problem is that SM's biggest soloist is Taeyeon and BoA, but they did all the work, basically. I can't give too much credit to SM. If Wendy can be just half as successful as Taeyeon, I will be happy.
