Sigmа | The Most Melodic Music Of [Drum & Bass]

For the recent years Sigma have been making mostly vocal-based mainstream and poppy Drum & Bass, which I can tell I am not exactly the biggest fan of, but I consider it still pretty good, though I do think that it may get a bit cheesy at some points :D. You can hear these tracks more to the second half of the compilation. What I can say I AM a fan of in their music is the older 2010-2012 tracks of them, that I put in the beginning of the comp. Amusingly enough, for me it happened that I actually started loving these tracks only after some time had passed from me initially learning about Sigma! :)

Very good comp again! Most of the tracks are new to me. You didn't feature many of these before, right? :D It's simply entertaining time when I meet new music! Loved #1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 11, 13 from this one. #1, 2, 3, 5 overall sounds energetic to me, and I like it. The rest of my favorite tracks have great drops as well. But, as always, I'm enjoying ALL the tracks in your comps. I had initially preferred to listen to vocal-based music, but after hearing so many great non-voiced music on your channel I came to more and more appreciate the pure sounds of musical instruments! I'd like to meet more, so please keep up the great work! And could you make a list of epic music tracks that you think would be fitting to BF4 montages? Or, again, a list of powerful/energetic tracks that you've recently found great for montages. If you are up for it, please take your time. I'm not in a hurry about this :)

Yeah, I chose to first upload producers that you didn't see much on the channel before, and from this one I featured #2,3,6,8 in thematic comps. Yeah, you can really tell that Sigma's style was quite different in the past, and tracks #1-5 precisely represent it, which is more energetic as you pointed out (#2 was made quite recently though, and it was cool from them to come back to their older style now that it is different).
And yeah, I can also tell that I initially was listening only to vocal music. I used to listen to Metal and a bit of Pop, where I enjoyed melodic vocals, but where the electronic component wasn't really standing out and wasn't really diverse. And finding out about the genres I now feature on the channel was really awesome, because here it's both electronics and vocals that are melodic! And I can tell I really felt genuine happiness when I was initially discovering more and more music like this that I loved! :D
The folder that I send you previous time when you were asking for montage music didn't go anywhere :D. As I told you then, I get asked about the montage music a lot and that request of yours was the time when I finally decided to make the folder with best fitting music I can suggest to people for montages. So I keep updating it all the time when I discover some new fitting track or someone actually uses some track from it. And it was actually amusing to me how 'Wild Horses - Demon Days (BH Remix)' still has [RESERVED] tag on it from you saying you were gonna use it at some point :DDD. You, of course, don't have to use it if you changed your mind about it, as in general I am much more excited if people use some energetic DnB (I absolutely ADORE the last montage of yours with the track you used!)

oooh I like Sigma, and it seems that most of their tracks are very energetic which I find very appealing and motivating. I first heard Sigma - Higher a few years ago as it was featured in a Madden NFL game xD

Yeah, I also find their tracks energetic, but I can only really tell it for the first 5 tracks in this comp, which is partly why I like them the most from all these :D. And my favorite is #3, where the part with 'vocal chops' sounds super energetic and powerful to me and I really love how it then changes to kinda atmospheric.
Overall, Sigma are pretty popular, and I think they are probably the MOST popular producer I will feature on this channel, as some of their tracks have millions of views on UA-cam (#11 from this comp has 240mil! D: It may very likely be the most viewed DnB track on UA-cam overall :D).

TheShadowHQ yeah, I can see some of the tracks being used in videos :D and yeah I wish the good underrated D&B artists were more popular, but unfortunately when people hear D&B, they just call it Electronic music even tho electronic music can mean a lot of things.

Yeah, but don't think you can really blame them for that. Because when people hear these tracks, there is hardly anything saying "THIS IS DRUM & BASS, AND THAT'S THE WHOLE INDIVIDUAL GENRE!" They basically can only learn that from UA-cam if they look in the comments -where people ask "Is this Dubstep?"- . And the genre itself is so vastly diverse, if you simply google it, you hardly will get the same kinda track you just heard that got you interested. And that's where it's a big part of the purpose of my channel, where I gather a particular melodic niche of the hugely diverse genre!

Yeah, I swapped 'roll' and 'yaw' from defaults. I had yaw on the mouse, and roll on the keyboard.
