Impeachment of Supreme Court should be #1 priority of the US.
Agree. Second priority is dissolve electoral college. It has given us two bad POTUS who lost popular vote.
Impeachment is not a viable avenue. There will always be insufficient number of disinterested ‘jurists’ in this ‘our side or theirs’ forum!! Perjury is a crime. It has to be prosecuted accordingly and tried in front of impartial jurors!!!
Needs a 2/3rds vote of both houses to be successful. MAGA won't let that happen in either house.
I disagree, here is my priority list:
1) Disqualify, or defeat Trump (Dem President elected 2024)
2) Repair/impeach/pack SCOTUS
3) Undo SCOTUS decisions 2023/2024
4) End Electoral College
5) Super Majority in Congress for Dems

these are the elements of a federal perjury charge:
(1) that the declarant took an oath to testify truthfully, (2) that he willfully made a false statement contrary to that oath (3) that the declarant believed the statement to be untrue, and (4) that the statement related to a material fact.
You can't prove (2) or (3) because they weren't lying at the time. People can change their minds.

So they lied. As judges. Willfully and with complete knowledge that what they said was not true just to get what they wanted. In what way is that acceptable, especially from a judge who will be in office for life? Would you give lifetime employment to someone who promised to never steal from you, who then immediately proceeded to steal from you once they were employed?
