And may he live to 100 and beyond. He will be certainly sorely missed when he leaves this world. He is my favorite animal Biologist and his voice is so distinctive and I could listen to him for hours and never get bored. Wishing him health and longevity.
Many tears will fall when this gentleman and legend passes. He's been a beacon of hope and a source education in a world that has seemed to do the oppisite. Many more blessings and joy to him.
Lord Attenborough has advantage & Nat20 roll for persuasive skill checks 😂🤣 I'm also amazed how the swan didn't attack him and he even managed to nab 1 egg for the next shot
Sir David Attenborough says People must feel that the natural world is important and valuable and beautiful and wonderful and an amazement and a pleasure.

Funniest thing he ever said was when addressing a class of school kids. One child asked what is the most dangerous animal you’ve come across? He replied, (with a straight face) “That would have to be the young male offspring of the Homo sapien.” (Boys, if you haven’t tuned in.)
Here is an other presentation from Mr. Attenborough that would seal our heart with intense love for nature , from the author of the social brain, an operator manual.
They can teach his voice to an AI so that he can narrate for 1000 more years ;) (I mean there should be more than enough audio samples for the AI to learn from)

Sir D.A. is simply the best! always so fascinating and a great pleasure to watch and listen to him 🤗🧐 Thanks BBC Earth for Relaxation💟 after Work in the Hospital, and now new little knowledge about Eggs 💟
I watched this guy narrative extreme cold climates and I thought his voice was like that because he’s cold and shivering but now he’s talking about an egg and is still shivering?!
I know a lot about hatching eggs and developing chicks but I had no idea the chicks utilized the air sac in any way. I wish I had access to more Attenborough but being American, I never get to see this stuff unless it's on UA-cam.
I’ve been super stressed and unmotivated lately. I used to be so happy and productive. So I found this video and watched it and about half way through I felt 10x more motivated and I feel like getting in the healthier life style again!
I can't see anything hatching out of a cracking egg without thinking about velociraptors in Jurassic Park 😂 Ironic, since Dr. John Hammond was played by David Attenborough's brother, Richard Attenborough 👍
Oh, Sir David é um grande Storyteller!! Que fantástico vídeo, como há tanta informação e complexidade no ovo...que marcante numa natureza que não deixa nada ao acaso!!
Funny that you call the swan “mute”, considering all the noise it makes. We call it “knopsvane”, knop meaning knob (or bud) and referring to the shape of the forehead.
They probably used a tiny floating camera disguised as something that the swans wouldn't regard as a threat. Wildlife filming has come such a long way from the times they needed arc lamps to show the creatures at night ...
@@kieragard - We camped by a lake once that had a lot of swans; some kids fed them, and when they stopped, the swans came out for more. They're a hell of lot bigger on land than they look while swimming!
David now is 95 years old and still doing an adventure. The animal and plant kingdom blessed him with long life ❤
