After having my first child, Rehan, I wondered how moms of two, three, or four kids managed their days. And here I am, managing all my boys well. You get so used to the routine of taking care of your family that you forget how it used to be when you were single or just a couple.
My days are packed with tasks. I need to cook for my family, get the house organized and neat, taking care of Liyaan, My psychology classes, my workouts, list goes on sometimes. In between me time is something i miss on most of the days. Anyways, these are blessings in life to cherish the fruits now and then.

Just a small suggestion, for panniyaram avoid pepper and add channa dal. After you add the onion tempering to the batter add a little rava or sooji to the batter. Mix and leave it for 10-15 mins. You get amazing paniyarams. Trust me.
