This happened to me exactly.. unbeknownst to me he already had another supply lined up .. 12 yrs or marriage with 2 kids and he walked away like me & kids never existed. That was the beginning of the devaluation and triangulation then he was shocked I filed for divorce & tried to blame me for “destroying “ our family. Pure evil! I am almost healed. There’s hope and a light at the end of the tunnel for anyone in a dark place. Hang in there 🫶🏾. Thank you Ben for this video
He has told me that this is as good as it's going to get. If I don't like it I need to find someone else. I said why would you say something like that. He said that's not what I was supposed to say, he said I should of said, I like you why I don't want to do that.
I foolishly stood by my exN for 13 yrs. By the time he decided to leave, his words were "you deserve better". My response was "yes, I do"! I think he was actually shocked that I agreed with his statement. I'm pretty sure he was expecting me to beg him to stay! Nope! Had enough & I was done!
Lucky you, my exN's last words to me were in text, he wrote, "Fine. F*ck you." And then I just stopped responding🤷♀️💔.

@PassionateFlower mine cheated on me, downplayed our relationship and told me that he didn't care and to basically fuck off...THEN next day was trying to win me back by acting like NONE of that happened. I was down with the betrayal...so I played it like I was gonna stick around AFTER the cheating. But then I ghosted him after he thought I WANTED TO BE WITH HIM😂😂😂 💪🏾 pretty sure he thought he had me where he wanted me. Boy did I prove him wrong and it FEELS GREAT!

Not completely true ,I've been in a relationship were the arguments and fights got so bad ,I said go find someone else, because the mental abuse was draining so bad that my life was falling apart,,,and when they would start in on me ,I would absolutely tell them to find someone else to beat on ,which in turn they did ,and come to find out ,they were cheating like I thought ,
My nex told me to move on and find someone else about a month after I broke up with him (a painful and confusing reverse discard). Then a few hours later he texted me with hearts and saying how wonderful it was to see me. I was so confused. Found out after months of meeting up here and there and texting and breadcrumbing that he'd been in a committed relationship with another girl literally since I broke up with him. That's when I finally put all the pieces together about his narcissism (and thanks to you and other awareness UA-camrs), and that's when I peaced out and went no contact.

Yes, my husband has said this, many times. I always felt that it was his way of saying, “Get out of my life!”
And he has also said, “I’m done with you!” He is my second husband…..my first husband died after 31 years of marriage……I sure miss him! He never talked to me like that.

What would happen if you call them out when they’re saying this? Instead of leaving or fighting for you, when you they tell them to go find someone else, they would say ‘stop that, I know what you’re doing’. What would happen? In general, if you confront head on.

I have absolutely said this to many narcissists in my life. Narcs says this for a very different reason. I've told this to more than a few ex-narc girlfriends due to the exhaustion and distress of not being able to please or appease them. When the abuse gets to such an extent and they don't want to leave due to the benefits of continuous and still profitable usury I've told them to please go find someone else since their is nothing more I can do to make you happy.
Context matters here.
My ex hit every criteria there were many times that her family members would question her why do you treat him this way why do you talk to him that way he's the best we've ever seen you with and this whole segment you covered was so on point after listening to you and others I feel like I was on the Truman Show
He said go find somebody else. Responded, sure will and better then you😂😂😂 The narco, you don't love me, you don't care, you don't give sh*** about me. WELL actually I'm DONE with your BS😂 Byeeee for good narco.

She did this tons at the end. I completely missed this idea in my head i was so focused on trying show her she was good enough and do more and give more supply. Boy was i dumb. And it did get really bad. 2023 was hell being with her! She was actively devalue and monkeybranching to some simp goon new supply she met on a plane. Took bout a year for her discard me finally. By a text. Ghosted me 8.5 yr together over. Was 7mos ago. No hoovers. Not a peep from her since.
don't worry. they all think about us and she will probably not be present with the next person and live somewhere between the past present and future.
It’s a hurtful tactic because they are ashamed of themselves, cheating stealing, who knows what else.
Well he got rejected stupidity with them. Push you away, cheating in a marriage and the expect you to chase them.

In the middle of having sex he told me to go find someone else. I was totally and still am in shock .
The bad was just around the corner , as well as the new supply 😢😮
My husband of 30 years said this to me an so I had a 2 year affair with his best friend ,he was shocked when he found out an I was shocked he was shocked lol,he said he got what he deserved,I said yes you told me to go find someone else ,now he has real problems,,,he stopped saying it ,lol

What means when a narcissist tells you that you hurt her the most in her life?
Videos like this make me wonder if IM not a narcissist! .. I have told my GF this several times when I get tired of hearing how wrong I am on just about everything I say or do. so much "complaining".. I say just find somebody else, who is better than me. simple fix to all her problems with me....

I finally left. He didn't fight for me this time. Does that mean he wanted me gone, anyway? He'd been asking me if I had another boyfriend or if I was cheating for about a year. It seems like he was pushing me away. Mind you, I stuck up for myself😂

You did just has he wanted. He wanted to blame you for the break up. When they accuse you of cheating they are just projecting on to you what they are doing . It can be also used as information during the smear campaign. “They caught you cheating” it’s to make you look like the bad guy. It’s sad and sick .
@@terrigaines6386Sounds like a reverse discard or a weird type of discard. He was likely cheating for that year and his guilty conscience was projected onto you. Him asking if you were cheating was actually him telling you he was cheating. He likely emotionally checked out for that year and ignored you emotionally and physically while devaluing and demeaning you, freezing you out so you leave and his smear campaign sets up his victim alibi 🙄

I hope someone in the comments can give me some guidance. I dont know if my husband is a narcissist but he does have some actions that are similar. Recently after 18 yrs of marriage he is asking for a mutual open relationship and says he doesn't believe in marriage anymore. But he stills wants us to stay together but only of i agree to an open marriage. Some days he threatens to just get up and leave. I am so confused about what to do with this and if he really is a narcissist?

Why do they hack your accounts still years later???????? I moved continent, he stole all my money, he knocked up other women, He hacked me this morning??? Is it sick version of hello??????Is it a release for his rage? or He can't learn so he is compulsive to do it? Or he misses what I gave him..even though he has several diff supplies????
