I agree about TikTok! I often want to switch over to short-form content when I am in that mood, but I don't have any reference point on TikTok because I am maybe just unaware but ultimately find Booktok content just reiterating the same authors and for years now. And if that's your genre then it suits you but I don't relate to it at all. With UA-cam, I feel like I know who I like and where my niche is.
