My one rep max at the moment is 205-215 touch and go. What amount of weight should i be pushing for working sets to increase my max overtime? Awesome vid brother. Your strong as hell.
@jmacbean1 Man for your age your a physical specimen, well just a beast in general regardless of ur age because your pushing a crazy amount of weight. I live in Kentucky I train at my cousins garage. He has good equipment. I definitely like to link up and train with you. I'm 28, I've been lifting off and on since I was 14. My best bench was 320 years ago, I became homeless and moved around alot and didn't have access to weights. You'll definitely lose it if you quit for a long period of time. But I'm good now, income coming in, got a vehicle and just started back grinding with the iron. It's bittersweet starting back feeling weight that used to be light but now feels crazy heavy😂
@@leonanzaldua814 Damn man your strong as hell. My best with 225 flat bench is 12 reps. I was like 175 BW at the time. I literally fantasize about being able to push over 350😂
That is great endurance, To lift heavy, you need to lift heavy. as funny as that sounds, it works. you could try a 5x5 program. say start with 255 x 5 reps for 5 sets, and add 5lbs each week until you are doing 315 x 5 x 5 .... then 365 should be doable. I do offer online coaching if interested

you could do 5x5 sets at 175lbs, and when that gets easy, move up 5lbs, repeat
@jmacbean1 I'll definitely try that man no joke. That sounds about right for me. Thanks man.
