- The Kofuzi Run Club joins Believe in the Run in Washington D.C. for a shakeout run ahead of the Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10 Mile. It was good to run with so many of you. I had such a great time. We even had special guest appearances by Olympian Diane Nukuri and Marathoner Emma Bates!
It was a lovely day to take in the cherry blossoms in bloom along the tidal basin and National Mall. Thanks to ASICS for providing the free commemorative t shirts and shoe giveaways.

Wow! The expo at The National Building Museum!! Dedicated to art and science of building structures and the items connected to them ex: air conditioner. Also a unsung flex space.

rugby tournament, when I played in college, many years ago.

Getting me hype for my long run this morning
Wow I think I am making my race schedule based on yours. It would have been a walk this week messed my hamstring up (again) this week hoping I will be OK with rest for the week but still hurting a bit though. The shirts are super cool hopefully work allows me to be on the livestream this week... I love that run when I am down there for work - did you loop through the FDR memorial as well - its pretty cool. they also have the little monument and story to the reason why all the Cherry Blossoms are there as well (looks like a little pagoda type building)
I did pass the pagoda but I wasn’t able to film it

Your solo run footage reminded me of the running scenes in House of Cards...must be the pensive music and that setting lol. Hope you have/had a great race!
