Broken/jammed f150/F-150 cupholder FIXED. 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and Heritage.

Here we fix a jammed/stuck cup holder/ash tray on a 2003 F150 Supercrew Lariat. The spring on the back had come loose. I show how to remove the cupholder and reattach the spring so it's better than new! Similar cupholders may be on the 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and Heritage models.

I actually pushed up on it hard and pulled out and it came out! Thanks for the video man!

I forced a screw into mine and it now opens again but will not lock shut. Any ideas what might be the issue?

I'm not sure, maybe take it all out again and look carefully at the track and see how that works. Good luck let me know if you figure it out.
