Thanks so Much for this. I love having a room with a balcony. Sometimes it can be a bit harder to find in Bangkok compared to Pattaya . I will definitely look into staying here when I return.
I stayed in the same room for 3 days. It was cheap and nice, but the hallway was so hot and everything was good except that it was far from Nana station.
I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and I'm going back next June. The hotel is located deep on soi 8, so very quiet and a short walk to street food, restaurants, etc. I only paid 40 euros/night for the same room in the video, but depending on the season the rates can jump up quite a bit. So I would not pay 50+ euros/dollars a night.
Never had breakfast there but I went downstairs to check it out and it looked aweful. Really it did. I went to a restaurant for breakfast instead. Sorry but everything else is good
@@slyman6666 so you do the 2 week millionaire thing? just go out for a few weeks then back to home country? how long do you typically stay in thailand for?
@@oaomai I go for longtime and been going since 1999. I uses to go 5 times a year for 20 years. Lived in Thailand once for 9 months and 3 months when it was really good
Stayed at the Adelphi at the beginning of my trip earlier this year. Nice place and nice restaurant, but both pricey. Location is good for a short walk to BTS. Places on Soi 8 close earlier than on Soi 11, so no place to get a quick drink with lady before heading to room.
All this area of Bangkok today is total RIPOFF, unfortunately, full of stupidtourists around. I highly recommend stay in Ratchathewi area, near the BTS, great apartments around there, many good restaurants/street food available and 3-4 stations from Nana.
Thanks so

I agree with u on that for sure. I like a balcony as well and hard to find in Bangkok. Great point
