this is such a sweet video. you always use words that feel so heartfelt but real and always seem to connect. i think the affirmations that stand out to me the most are the logical ones that sometimes come with a little explanation, so i really like this. i also appreciate the handling of the mic in a way that achieves that casual and binaural feel but also doesn't hurt my head because it keeps hitting things, etc. "i want to be the person that i needed when i was in darker periods of my life." that hit.
