Sab! Thank you for sharing your story with us and being so vulnerable. I have struggled with binge eating all my life but never purged or anything like that so I didn’t think it was binge eating until watching this video. I have had insulin resistance and pcos since high school and was put on metformin by my obgyn. I tried ovasitol but only once and never heard anyone talk about it so I didn’t think it would do anything. I want to try it again and the berberine. I’ve heard good things about it. I too read the obesity code! It was so good! Thank you for sharing that he has a UA-cam. Thank you for sharing your journey with us and I pray you continue to heal. ❤❤❤❤

Hi Sab- I know this was posted a few weeks ago but I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your story. Like most people I listen to ASMR to relax and fall asleep but this caught my eye because I’ve been through very similar things to what you have described in this video, and am currently in the phase of going through trauma therapy and experiencing what you described of feeling my BED flare up as I begin to dive into healing other aspects of my past. This video made me tear up and was a wonderful reminder to have empathy for myself and the little girl I used to be during, and that there’s a way through all of this. It’s so touching to hear you talk about your recollection of that childlike joy and your healthy love for food that you’ve been able to find, and I truly wish you the best. You’re not only a great ASMRtist but a wonderful person as well. ❤
