The first 2 were fantastic. The dueling laser concept was really cool and i loved the giant cube. Sadly I am too stupid to finish the third one it is wrecking me! I do plan on getting through it at some point though so you may get your wish for a video!
Talos Principle 2 is just an insanely amazing game. Every aspect of the original was improved upon in a way most sequels never achieve. Incredible Puzzles, Incredible Narrative, you're left thinking about the puzzle of existence by the end of it.
I think literally all of your 2024 top 5 are in my top 10 for the year (and all your non-2024 are on my shortlist). Metaphor being the only exception as I am only about 10 hours in so I can't quite put it in the top 10 yet (but I am sure it will end up there). I am really enjoying metaphor so far! One thing I am enjoying over Persona 3 Reload is the flip of how weakness attacks work. Adding an attack to your turn rather than taking away an attack from an enemy turn like in P3R feels like such a more balanced way to handle that system. Can't wait to see how the story turns out. I still want to get to a couple more games before I make my 2024 GOTY video/list. Next up is Indiana Jones, Black Myth Wukong, and Nine Sols if I have the time somehow. Right now my top 3 for 2024 are FF7 Rebirth, Balatro, and Shadow of the Erdtree. I have really enjoyed your videos this year! You talk to your thoughts well and explain what feels good and bad in each game in a way that feels authentic. Good luck in 2025!
@@daileybeating thanks for the kind comment and following the channel! P3R is on my list of games to play next year, just couldn't get to it this year. Just installed indy and nine sols thanks to gamepass! But gotta cut the video at some point, so maybe they'll make next year's list.
What is YOUR Game of the Year 2024?
Talos Principle 2 DLC. Go play it and review it. NOBODY is talking about it extensively on UA-cam yet it has so much that deserves to be talked about.
@@rofibhoi9788 Super True. The Talos 2 DLC was fantastic.
