Just let me explain that German word: it means you always should drive on the right lane - left lane is for faster traffic or just for overtaking so the traffic can flow more efficient. The white supra could overtake the other supra but it didn't. Instead the driver used the right lane rule known as Rechtsfahrgebot

It's a POS automatic, they break down too often on any type of vehicle that uses all it's power

Not at all, I don't hear any similarities.
If you're talking about the "fake" M3 GTRs in Most Wanted 2012, Need For Speed 2015 and Payback, then I can perhaps hear the similarities- being the the M3 in those games came with the 3.2L S54, being just a regular E46 M3 with a GTR bodykit.
