Ya know when Stolas said " means so much to me ,my very first friend" and that made Blitzo stop. I think that really made Blitzo think about his first friend fizzarolli and later becoming attracted to him. What Stolas felt is what Blitzo wanted for fizz and him a friend who becomes a lover.

Yes! Despite Blitzo's suspicion of royal demons he saw something in Stolas that resonates with him. So he genuinely felt bad for stealing and tricking him. I think that's why he decided to sleep with Stolas, to try and give him a little happiness, even just temporarily. Remember, Stolas was already tied up and Blitzo could have just taken the grimoire and left.

I don't think stolas 'convinced' paimon to buy blitzo, but saw that stolas took interest in blitzo and decided himself to buy him.
I wouldn't be suprised if he hasn't know about transactio. Parents arranging play time between kids can be pretty normal thing not only in rich houses. Especialy when children are still small.
Not to mention that Stolas was shocked to see Cash bringing Blitzø to the castle
Not to mention in one of Deepcuts early video's, he said Paimon actually arranges ideal familiars or servants to mortals whom he had made convents with. Likely figuring that giving Blitz to Stolas to have fun and be happy with would make his son more willing to act his duties that have been given to him.

The doll that Stolas had as a child is actually based on Max from the Sam and Max franchise, who, while not stated directly, are heavily implied to be a couple. They were also coincidentally childhood best friends, so this could be a metaphor for Stolas' and Blitzo's relationship and/or a representation of the relationship Stolas wants to have, but can't because of their troubles with comunicating.

This is something I'm excited for I don't think we've ever seen a picture of Stolas mom outside of his dad. I've seen some fanfic of what she could look like and what role she played in his life similar to Blitz's mom maybey she is a reason he treats imp slightly better. Feels like a good chunk of mothers in Helluva boss play a more caring role in "Hell" of course
I honestly think if his mom did have a role in raising him we would have already ment her by now, but i still think even if viv did intro a mom for stolas i do think she would be kind an loving, it is implied that paimon had multiple children of many species so his mother could be a random goeita.
Though I love Moxxie and Blitzo’s moms i don’t want Stolas’ mom being a copy and paste of them. It be more great if she was complex, she genuinely loves stolas but she’s mostly too busy to be there for him. I also see Stolas being a child of divorce. It could explain why he didn’t divorce Stella sooner.

Moms tend to get killed off in literature and even in fairy tales, have you noticed that? That’s because of the expectation that a mom would try to stop abuse or give affection to the protagonist. I doubt she’s around or even alive during Stolas’ childhood, and if Blitz’s mom died in the fire, she was around until he was a teenager.
I hope they also explore Stella's childhood. I think part of the reason she's like this is because her parents just got her generic stuff (hence the pile of puppies) they thought she would like whenever she got angry instead of actually addressing her emotional needs. Also I think Andrealphus may have or will do something unforgivable to her
Yes, I hope they explore this too. The Goetias are an interesting bunch. Stella strikes me as that spoiled little rich girl who never got corrected/ disciplined. But at the same time is overshadowed by her older smarter brother, who is an Ars Goetia and most likely the male heir of their side of the family. Stella's the spare child whose only use is being married off to someone of higher status to gain more status. What I would like to know is why exactly Stolas and Stella were matched or if Paimon simply picked her randomly because he didn't care as long as the union would produce an heir for Stolas. Maybe Andrealphus had something to do with that choice?
I can see him using his sister and then throwing her under the bus once he gets what he wants. Calling Stella a stupid cow and basically saying she only has her looks going for her are major red flags hinting Andrealphus' intentions for her aren't good and that he has little respect for his sister. She's just a means to an end for him.
Stella hasn’t been a major character. I don’t think they’ll make a side tangent into exploring her sad sad childhood, or Stryker’s, or any of the periodic antagonists. It doesn’t push the story along, which this long flashback does. That kind of thing is what fanfiction is for. I’m not saying that in a dismissive way. I like and have written fanfic. But one of its purposes is fleshing out the details that are not and will not be given by the show.
We have no information as to whether Stella was given the puppies by her parents or if she begged for them, but normal children do not abuse animals. They may not know how to treat them. They might hug a kitty too hard and learn that kitties don’t like that, but they don’t intentionally hurt them. And where characters are concerned, intentionally harming a pet is a moral event horizon. They can’t come back from that.
Whenever Stolas love life comes up I think to when he told Octavia, “ I thought that love would be fun” hinting Blitzo and him as kids but after marrying Stella the thought of love withered until he saw him again
that explains why Stolas respects imps so much, like how he seems to see him and Blitzø as Equals. Because he was raised by Imps, probably seeing them as parental figures(?) Which would explain his respect for them.

My personal headcanon is that the 72 positions of the Ars Goetia are set in a stone of tradition (as many real-life noble houses tend to be). Andealphus and Stolas both being young could be explained by those names, the power they carry, and the roles in Hell's hierarchy associated with them; being cycled through as members carrying them pass and are born in a cycle of ancient heredity. In which case, there may well have been not just a previous Stolas, but a previous Andrealphas and Paimon, and maybe even a previous Asmodeus and Beelzebub. In fact, I have a running speculation that the 6 non-Pride Deadly Sins even full-on reincarnate in the event of their passing into a seemingly-random member of the hellborn race associated with their ring.
I like the way you think! I too like to believe that it is all a repeating non-ending cycle to keep the hierarchy of hell as it is. That each Ars Goetia and Sin has a specific position, role and duty and it needs to stay that way to keep things functioning. Because fate said so.
Let's take Stolas for example. He an astronomer and can read the prophecies in the stars. His grimoire is apparently incredibly important for that if we go by Stolas' words in episode of the Harvest moon festival. Probably because there are no stars in hell and portals to the human world are required for this. I speculate Stolas is the ONLY demon of the Ars Goetia who can fullfill this task. He was literally created for his job and to carry the 36th summoning sigil. His whole purpose was already planned out before he hatched. So although time does pass differently in hell it is still possible that Stolas had a fallen angel for a predecessor that ceased to exist at some point. While we know that lesser hellborns don't respawn like sinners do, we can't confirm this about the royals yet. The Ars Goetia are labeled as demonic 'spirits' in the Book of the lesser keys of Solomon and all have a rank that is indeed set in stone as you put it.
Andrealphus confirmed the Goetia live on for eternity. They are pretty much immortal deities and blessed weapons might be the only way to truly disrupt that endless cycle of reincarnation. With angelic weapons becoming more of a threat after every extermination this could be why Paimon insists on precautionary heirs so much. A placeholder in case someone of their kind get snuffed out permanently. Someone needs to be the keeper of the grimoire after all. Someone needs to read those prophecies. Be it Stolas or Octavia or anyone who follows after that.

My only distinction would be the expectation that Octavia's existence might have less to do with the preponderance of blessed weapons, and more to do with a need to produce the next "Stolas" in the Paimon bloodline.
I can see this as a valid reason on why stolas would have such an early crush on blitz, it all makes sense when stolas was mostly raised by the helps of the imps.
This was a very interesting video about Stolas childhood. I love Stolas as character and i feel rly sorry for him because of this kind of childhood. I can only say: Give Stolas some 💝 that he deserved.

When he first met Blitzø since his Childhood Years, he makes him feel all Happy, Warm and Fuzzy on the inside. But, then, when he's a Adult and he married Stella, he's all sad, depressed and miserable around her, and the ONLY reason why those two are still together is because of their only daughter, Octavia. the connection is blitzo was unwanted for what he was, same as stolas, they both where meant to be something better in their "class" but are really at the lower end of everyone expectations. They share simular social problems. Stolas sees blitzo as his first friend and that being more romantic and being "wanted" by someone is what stolas wants, blitzo is just afraid of that want
I'm not sure it was Stolas that convinced Paimon to buy Blitz at all. Where did you get that? He's genuinely surprised and delighted to see Blitz at the palace. I think it's Paimon that realised Stolas' interests and saw a quick escape for the day from his "Birthday Dad duty".
I feel like we all take vizzepop for granted sometimes she works so hard and makes these amazing episodes all the time and watching them through a couple times you can see all the little details rather they be backround characters , subtitles , objects , or even lighting effects she does them so well and some people are mad about delays in her work like in hazbin hotel but I know she is gonna reles it soon and I already know there is gonna be so many things to look for when watching her could we all just give a thank you to vizzepop for a second

Stolas was forced to stop being a kid way too early, whilst he got the duties of being a goetia and wanted to do good, perhaps seeing it as an adventure, his father shattered the whole expectation by revealing Stella to him. Whilst Stolas craves affection he was never given by his father, wife or society, he cannot vocalize it to another in a proper way, and Blitz has severe problems with reading between the lines or decoding Stolas' attempts at showing him affection. It's hoenstly extremely tragic.

I honestly believe Stolas did nothing really wrong. He's done everything he possibly could in his circumstances, and even though his actions weren't always good, he either had no other real choice or tried to correct his mistake as soon as he realised what was happening. The moment he realised what he was doing to Blitz he tried to arrange a meeting with Ozzie to get Blitz out of that deal. The moment he realised he was being selfish with Octavia he... stopped acting selfish. He's a good man living in terrible conditions who's trying his best to do better, but you can't always do the best things possible when your environment won't allow it.
It’s kinda crazy Stolas and Blitzo reminds me a lot of my late Dad. He wasn’t the greatest man in the world but he had his own tragic backstories with his family. And he messed up with me, my mom, and brother. But he stilled cared and always tried to protect us. When he realized he made a mistake with me in particular he’d drop everything and correct it.
