Thank you for that in Depth video on Trash 2. Got that thing lying in my Plugin section for years now never came around to really get the hang of it. Now I can see the potential of this Plugin. The multiband section blew me away :)
Can't wait for this one. Could you do a tutorial one day on how to balance levels between different tracks? Would like my tunes to have similar levels but always sound different. Real producer issues. 😔

Oh snap!! it's the part I've been bugging you about since you did the original Amen video that had that sweet Trash2 rack you won't show us minions the guts of.
Not exactly my style but the in-depth Trash 2 breakdown was huge. Was always so intimidated by it but now that I understand, going to use it lots more. And the beat at the end was sickk!! RESPECT!!

just a little tip for anyone using trash if you click the options button at the bottom you can change the order of the effects and also enable the 4th band in the multiband setting
It's a crying shame that Izotope discontinued selling Trash 2 a couple of days ago. Also. when I load it into Live on an M1 Mac all I see is "?"s for text and they have no plans to update it anymore so it's a gonner. Now looking for an alternative... I've got Berserk which does interesting things, but maybe I'll checkout Rift which looks pretty great. BTW, found your channel last week and been loving all your old-school DnB content. I've been feeling the itch again and your channel has been the perfect springboard for the renewed interest and a great knowledge refresher. You know your DnB, you are genuine, and your pace of delivery is perfect. BIG UPS.
Ahhh I didn't think about it, but the main different with devastor is it is a dedicated MB distortion unit and advantages are its routing choices. Trash is completely different as it has multiple FX modules, but no customizable routing choices from what I know.

Hey man, long time since Ive been on your channel so I have alot to get through, just wondering if you could do a tutorial on RL grime- core (flite remix) the bass in that is one of the biggest iver heard in dnb. Cheers for the awesome content glad to be back

Amen still sounds great on it's own. But definitely makes it fresh and tight after processing. Came back to this coz I'm making an amen tune. Stranjah. Do you think you can make a break with just old skool breaks or do u think it's essential to layer drums with modern synth drums?

Trash eye-opener for sure for me. But something I still don't get is how the distortion presets are really useful. I'm so used to Fruity Waveshaper that I always skip the Trash distortion module. I think the reality is every different piece of sound needs a different treatment. Simply skippig through presets is not a good workflow for me. When people design such diverse options inside a plugin should also justify it by explaining when and why you should start using the various presets with different kind of sounds.
