Immigration has finally announced the legislation that allows most 482 visa to apply for Australian Permanent Residency. It doesn't matter what occupation you work in or what location you work in? Yes all those Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane residents now have a path to PR.

2 quick questions,
1- For 482 to 186 TRT Stream, you need 2 years of working experience under 482. However, 482 STSOL visa granted for 2 years already, Can you apply for 186 visa when 482 visa expires on the same day?
2- Let's say, you applied for 482 STSOL, and worked for 7 months (Briding A Visa) then 482 was granted. 17 months you worked under 482 visa under the same employee. In this situation, can you apply 186 TRT when you have 2 years of working experience?

I graduated from faculty of arts section persian,urdu,i work as teacher can i apply for aitsl skill assessment or not because this faculty where i graduated from it should not be work as teacher i should be work as translator because there is no school teachs persian,urdu , aitsl should be i graduated from faculty of education and as i mentioned i graduate from faculty of arts not education what should be skill assessment apply for it
