Oh I've seen those microphones on other channels. Even though I've never known a lot about them they always had a cool design to me, and they've always performed well on especially asmr videos using them.
Now you know what they're called! I like to put the names of exact mic setup I'm using in the description of every video just in case anyone particularly likes the sound and wants to know what I'm using! I appreciate when other creators do that too, that's how I found out I like these mics so much haha :)

I really like the sound of these mics but I noticed the sound seems to be almost favoring the right side? Or like the right side is louder? Not completely sure but just something subtle I noticed.
Glad you said that, i get stronger tingles in my right ear and feel like my hearing in general is a bit poorer in my left, so i get paranoid when it sounds like there's a more noticable difference
I think it's literally just due to her sitting very slightly to the right/facing slightly to the right and these mics I guess are so sensitive that they pick that up. Hard to say for sure though.
Yes, so it's a little hard sometimes to make sure I've balanced them at the same levels. I believe, but haven't had it properly checked, that I have some slight hearing loss in my left ear so I'm always a little paranoid that things may be louder on the right. Basically editing with two mics is always a bit rough for me as I'm never really sure if things are actually louder in one ear or if it's just me 😏

I really appreciate the different sound profiles that come from various types of microphones, from the very cheapest little mic to the high-end models such as the 3Dios and Rodes. When used well, the pure clarity of these can definitely be some of my favourites! Very excited to hear what you do with them in the future.

Yes and I've already been working on fixes for that since they're soooo sensitive. You should notice improvements from now on! Of course there's only so much I can do until I can upgrade my PC to just be quieter overall. That's just how it goes when you making gaming content with mics turned up for ASMR, unfortunately 🙃

Jubilee, your voice is absolutely crystal sounding in these mics 💎💎💎. I marvel at how they capture all the various sound tests you did. I just got myself a RODE NT1 and I swear it captures NOTHING but some of my soft-spoken voice. No tapping or anything else. Do you feed into a mixer (to adjust gain etc.) or plug right into your computer? I know these mics are great and they couldn't possibly NOT capture my tapping etc., so I'm definitely the weak link! Any advice MUCH appreciated! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The mic set up sounds great👍 the gain is a little too high tho, it sounds awesome during ur purely whisper tone but they’re peaking a bit during ur soft spoken tone
I like you videos a lot, usually I don't like seeing or listening to ASMR made by women, the reason is they have a tendency to turn really weird and se*ual. But yours are the best, the gameplay are my favorites, keep doing you deserve the best

Actually don't use pop filter .. because those plosives are really tingly .. poo filter removes all the plosives

the rodes are my absolute favorite mics and the only ones that have been able to give me tingles from just whispering! really glad you got them :)
