When I was younger I wanted to go play college so bad then I got caught up with life and alcohol kinda ruined everything but I’m doing better now love seeing your videos awesome work ethic

@ree reh Same. I started in 2nd year squirt. (10-11 years old). I was on the C team. Two years later I made AA. Anything is possible if you try hard enough

I know some Tendy's ditch the boot strap, top strap, Smart straps vs. Laces. Would be cool to hear you opinion on that and what you prefer/how you go about your pad set-up.

As a goalie I’ve always wondered how college guys decide on their pad. Do you get to test different brands and customizations? I love customizing pads online but I never know what I’d prefer for stuff like breaks, stiffness etc.
I'll try to answer this in my video about my new gear when it all gets here !

Cooper have you thought of getting your Mask wrapped ??? I had my Mask done by Mario Designs here in Barrie ON....I always had my Masks painted..Now if I need it changed it can comes off and can get re wrapped....Also I went with the Mask harness from Nash so you can see my Canadian Flag on my back plate..... Good Luck this Season!!!
When I was in Johnstown I had a mask wrap ! It was awesome. I figured I will be using this helmet for a while though so I would get a real paint job. Thank you !!

You might wanna invest in cut resistant socks. They’re about $40 but can save your leg for the rest of your life. It’s just a scary injury waiting to happen, especially in a scramble in the crease when skates are flying everywhere.

I think they are very different and I am really not sure! I haven't switched from CCM so I guess I would say the CCM's but I really did love my Vaughn's.

I’m a little late to the party lol but what does the groin wrap do for you?
No worries! I find it just keeps my hips and groin tight and active so I don’t over stretch and tear something! Always had hip issues so I think part of it is mental making me feel comfortable

As of right now, we are not allowed to. Soon I believe those restrictions are going to be lifted!

Gitch is like undergear/under armour! Groin wrap is just like something that wraps around my hips/groin to keep it tight

That’s a tough question! Each of the big brands (ccm, bauer, Brian’s etc.) all make really good quality stuff for each level! It depends what kind of price point you want and what company you like the most!!
Cooper Lukenda thanks for trying to help I had a pair of Reebok but I like the straps with pads not Velcro but everyone telling me Bauer is the way to go and I wanna talk to someone who’s a higher level than me

The company did it for me, but it is simply just extra protection in vulnerable areas! Mine is mostly on the arms

Basically it boils down to I wasn't happy anymore ! Thought I could play more and be in a better situation mentally somewhere else. I explained it all in depth in my transfer video !

I am not completely sure of all of them! You'd definitely have to ask around/look into it.
