The following story was narrated by Imam Ibn Al Jawzi in one of his books ('Sifat us-Safwah') and Imam Ibn An-Nu’aas in Mashari al-Ashwaq, a heart wrenching story of Abu Qudamah and the youth Muhammad.

I never comitted zina. Im 32. I was miserable my whole life without sex. There is no one way to happiness. I was blocked miraculously by Allah himself, from zina, even if I approached it I never got a friend thats a girl. Never in my entire life. Dont think sin is the only way to sadness. Being righteous is more pain and misery, especially if a person was oppressed by jinns and blocked from marriage til the age of 32. Whether u sin or don't, life without sex is a miserable, harmful, terrifying life. I commited less major sins than u, but I am more miserable than you.

By Allah I wish to be a woman of Jannah and by Allah I wish I could spend my time in worship rather than worrying over trivial matters such as this temporary life!

My mother passed away on Tuesday 30th March 2021. With her children around her, reciting kalama and praying for her. May Allah SWT bless her and all Muslims with maghfirah. May Allah SWT expand her grave for her, fill it with light, fragrance and fresh air from paradise. May she be protected from the punishment of grave. Narrated ibn Mas'ood : The Prophet ﷺ said : *Suratu Tabaarak offers protection from the punishment of the grave.*

Narrated Jabir: *The Prophet (ﷺ) would not sleep until he recited Alif Lam Mim Tanzil 'As-Sajdah'(The Prostration) and Tabarak Alladhi Biyadihil-Mulk(The Sovereignty).*

Pray witr and maintain strictly on reciting Surah al-Mulk before going to bed because its the saviour - offers protection - from the torment of grave

When I listened this story in my mother tongue ( I'm Uzbek) I cried a lot. Wallahi story was impressive for me. Every time when I feel that I loosing my iman I used to listen this story. From this story I realize doing things in the sake of Allah

no the prophet called fighting a lesser jihad Chip reading.
Brother Allah has used the word jihad and kitaal in the Quran refering to battleship not for stuggling however he has spoken the word 'jahaduu' mujahada referring to only struggling and not jihad .At the era of the prophet and sahabah not one man ever thought just only striving for oneself when the call of jihad was announced in Madinah , they knew what this meant clearly. Im fully aware of the lesser and greater jihaad theory . There is no justification for that theory in Islam . Allah knows best May Allah give us the correct understanding Ameen.
Chip reading Your right, but the prophet after coming back from fighting said we came back from a lesser Jihad. The inner struggle is actually higher. But a martyrdom is better. The wanted to die a shaheed. But fighting in a war for the sake of Allah is the easiest way to die a martyr. If I am driving to the mosque and die in the car I am a martyr, but you can not facilitate that.
This made me burst into tears.
