This is a classic true story, which I originally delivered in 1997 and became a source of salvation and hope for all those who have gone too deep in sins and lost hope of a return. Again, by request I delivered it in the 2023 Light Upon Light UK Tour. It is about repentance and hope in Allah’s Mercy and Forgiveness, a real life event that I hope will give you comfort and inspiration, inshaAllah.

Do not expose your sin. My brother everyone is a sinner. Everyone has vices. You know deep down why your doing it. Loneliness? Not content in your marriage ? Trauma. Find a cause and find a solution inshAllah.

Three things have touched my soul from this video, the first is about the sheikh, when he said he had never been in such an environment all his life. How many unlawful things have we seen and didn't bother? Astaghfirullah. The second one is when the sheikh chose not to stay in the hotel. The third one is when Allah the Most Loving blessed Ahmad with Taubatu Nasuha. We ask Allah to grant him the highest levels of Jannah and to the Sheikh and to us all. I think it's pure blessing that he fell in that sin which changed him completely. The fire started burning in his chest, his priorities changed, the only thing he thought is to please Allah and to save himself from hellfire. Verily Allah chooses whom He wills.
May Allah give that fire in our chest which makes us leave all the sins and consider us among saaleheen!
Yes his was a real test , because he was raised as a good Muslim family. Everything a man could want wealth dean etc. Then he got board. And he needed to be tested, The Shaytan is the enemy for the Rich and poor equally.

Prophet Muhammed SAWS said whoever says this Dua'a once in the morning and die before evening *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH* and whoever says this Dua'a once in the evening sincerely and dies before Morning *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH*
Please make it a habit to recite everyday, once in the morning and once in the evening
*Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6306*
The Dua'a
اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي, لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ, خَلَقْتَنِي, وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ, وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ،, أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ, أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ, وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي, فَاغْفِرْ لِي; فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ اَلذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Allahumma, Anta Rabbi, la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, Abu laka bini'matika 'alayya Wa abuw'u lak bidhanbi faghfirli , fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta
Meaning
“O Allah! You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am your servant and I abide by your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in you from the evil, which I have committed. I acknowledge your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sins, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except you.”
There are some conditions for repentance which we need to follow
1. Admit our mistake / sin to Allah SWT
2. Regret the sin we committed
3. Seek Allah's forgiveness and repent sincerely back to him (saying this Dua'a)
4. Make a promise to Allah that you'll do your best not to repeat this sin again
In case you fail as human
Good news once again 🌹
Sincerely follow the above steps and repent again
*Allah SWT promised that he will always accept our repentance not matter how much times we repeat as long as we are sincere with our repentance*
Spread this message with everyone and we'll get reward everytime someone practices, these even after we leave this world 🗺

The understanding I got from this story was that Ahmed really repented, and he finally got his peace after was able to recite this Aya. But there are people in the world who hurt other people hurt their imman and think if they say "sorry" Allah will forgive them what about these people will Allah really forgive them?
If they repent Allah SWT will forgive them, but matters between the slaves of Allah SWT must be solved between them and the oppressed in the akhirah can take his due back.
Better to be like an Ahmed or at least try to be ! May Ahmed, Allah be blessing! 11:16
