Thank you Sylveon, thank you. Edit: Also I don't have a history of seizures but, that moment hurt my eyes and I had to cover the screen. And the fact that it'll happen 4 more times...
I would gladly stock shelves at this store. It seems a way better experience than any other store I've worked at. 1 item, stock and shelves conveniently located, boss that leaves you alone and pays his bills? Sounds fine to me, I'd even cheer on his gambling 😂.
Hahaha same. I was actually thinking that it would be quite nice to work there. However, working 9 to 9 with no breaks is not okay. In reality the store would close earlier and you may get a half-day shift or good lunch break. If that is accounted for, then it would be perfect 😂
Imagine walking in to buy your box of boosters just to see some kind of card gremlin unblinkingly opening multiple packs at a time for 8 hours straight
I started playing this after your last vod on it. The highest value card was like $700 or something. I’ve also gotten the achievement of opening over 1000 card packs. I genuinely thought for a minute that the dev changed the odds after your video released to make them more rare, with this I’m proved wrong. You are indeed just on another level
I also started playing and I want to believe your shop level depends on how high priced the cards you pull are. One I passed level 20 I was consistently getting at least $50 cards and $100+ cards were not uncommon. Maybe I was just lucky also, but once you get a guy to man the counter you can just rip open cards all day.
"I need a better worker for the same pay!" There's an easy solution that managers love, it's called a pizza party. Nothing boosts morale, and work efficiency like one medium pizza shared amongst all your coworkers
I have never seen a better instance of human huburis. I now truely understand what the old stories warn us about. Dan met god and spat in his eyes. I felt genuine horror.
See, you think this is a joke, but I worked in a card shop for a while a few years back. My boss basically just did this. Streaming, opening packs to sell online, not really taking the shop too seriously while I was left to man the rest of the shop by myself. I can't say I look too fondly on my time there, mostly because of them.
After seeing this nightmare-ish business management, I really want to see RT play "Lets Build a Zoo". Imagine the carnage of disfigured rabbits roaming the land!!
Well now we need a follow up stream thats like the butcher of sapienza stream where its just a 9 hour extravaganza where this big feat of gaming is happening meanwhile everyone in chat is chilling and indulging in hobbies
What Dan does this stream is actually a very common business tactic in which they specialize in one thing and do that thing well. For example America has In n Out and it only sells burgers, fries, soft drinks, and 3 milkshake flavors. It is seen as less costly because you're choosing one thing to sell, but also very good because it means you have a specialty and people that want that specialty will always come back for it.
I was sad to learn when this stream started that Kenneth was no more. I was looking forward to learning more of his rich backstory. I suppose Dennis can give me the shocked looks at Dan tearing open packs I crave, though.
Ah yes, the good ole Sims4 shop mechanic. It's more profitable to sell king-sized beds standing on a lawn than run a supermarket.
if you're sensitive to flashing images you may wanna look away for a bit around
2:28:41
2:48:42
2:50:38
2:59:54
and 3:08:35 :] take care vod watchers
Thank you Sylveon, thank you.

I wonder how many flashing images would have to be in a video to warrant a flashing images warning at the beginning of said video.
Thanks Sylveon!
Thank you for that! I'll be careful.

Yeah especially because RT wouldn't care if you have an earbud in to listen to music or a podcast while stocking the shelves.

The accidental car crash sound was such a perfect precursor to what was about to happen 😂

😂 except pizza parties are proven to not be that good. Eventually they will still want a raise :p
As someone who was bribed by pizza, I agree 100%
The funniest part about Dan deciding to sell only one product is that it’s one of THE best ways to make money in this game.
thank you sceizer in chat for saying "do you think god stays in heaven because he is busy opening packs?" making me choke on my coffee
The Gambling King is Speaking at 2:15
Thank you!🎉
Thanks!

It's amazing how this descends into madness. Feels like watching a faustian bargain reaching its conclusion.
game starts at 5:10
Mariah Carrey began defrosting as well.
Bro really did some off camera mining at the start

Whenever RT plays an economic game he recreates Money Game, Pt. 2 by Ren.
This old money game
RT is a man that could sell sea shells on the sea shore, for sure
2:41:04 You are now watching Mareep Gambling
It's like Nogla was being possesed by a tcg addict ghost and it was passed onto RT after that one last card opening video
Oh yes the “ my business is successful and efficient… let’s change everything plan “
The most anticipated sequel for me
ohhhh we’re back at it again
I love that he is using Persona 5 music so much now.
i love how everyone has such different animation of what Hermes does during the animations. Its amazing and funny 4 what everyone does.
Well now we need a follow up stream thats like the butcher of sapienza stream where its just a 9 hour extravaganza where this big feat of gaming is happening meanwhile everyone in chat is chilling and indulging in hobbies
What a perfect way to start my Sunday
Horray for the sequel!
Also RT basically summed up why i love pulling cards- i just like the pretty art work. At around 2:09:26
I felt the braincells leaving whilst watching this. But this is the premium content I crave

Daneshiro is BACK
Calling this gambling would be like calling a 9-5 gambling. He just always makes money, there is NO losses.
Edit watched the rest this is true hubris
Dan has now sold his house to buy cards lol
I took my eyes off the screen for 5 seconds and RT accumulated 16k, someone needs to stop him
Edit: I did it again and now he has 53k
We need to ask the developers to make a Daneshiro Tetramon playing card!!!!!1
Dan needed a second hit i see
The final boss of capitalism: scarcity marketing and degenerate cryptobros
RT is sounding like my abusive bosses at work lmao
WARNING FLASHING IMAGES
Aight time to start playing Price I suppose
I was sad to learn when this stream started that Kenneth was no more. I was looking forward to learning more of his rich backstory. I suppose Dennis can give me the shocked looks at Dan tearing open packs I crave, though.
at the end of the VOD, you can hear the damage that's been done on Dan by the game (and what he done with it)
MYYY SANDWIIICCHHH!!??!? 🥪
Dan's gambling need so powerful he saw god spat in his face and said the universe shall wait for me to open cards
