    U r supposed to add garlic as well in saag tomato is very rare as it’s personal preference.

      Any flour like maida
      Normal wheat flour but not sooji
      Coz flour binds and thickens the saag
      Ok ?

      Shweta Yadav you can use spinach or radish leaves,the extra greens are just to tone down bitterness of mustard, you can make it just with mustard if you like slight bitter

      Naiya Shah it’s called wild spinach in English
      It has smaller leaflets taste somewhat similar to palak
