I've watched this mv many times plus several reactions maybe seen it around 2 dozen times between those and you pointed out something I hadn't noticed: the fountain dancer on the left, she tried so hard to get noticed and here I am with my one currently decent eye drawn to focus almost entirely on Julie's dancing in that part. Julie just went off in this mv, perfect concept for our Hawaiian rapper. She obviously loves this concept. She's smiling so much in this mv that I don't know if I've ever seen a Kpop idol seem so happy, even the ones being starved by their agency when they win a Hanwoo beef set of Weekly Idol games, and I watch quite a bit of Billlie Tsuki content like Tsukitsukichakachaka, though I prefer her intense 110% focused bad@$$ dancer side in performances.
Baby Yoda Julie's content for Musinsa tv is good, but the best KIOF interview I've seen is the long one with Julie and Belle by K hiphop artist pH-1 talking about songwriting with Belle and Julie's rap journey. Jultty duo had the multipart miniseries for Lotteria recently. I'll watch all the KIOF content I can find soon as it's subtitled.
There is no 'next BLACKPINK', but I'm hoping KIOF becomes the 2nd huge Kpop gg internationally, especially since I've realized how many Kpop fans in Korea and worldwide obviously have wax in their ears as evidenced by the lack of a huge fandom for a group with PURPLE KISS' crazy talent and musically diverse no-skip discography (Rainbow BridgeWorld should be renamed Rainbow Bridge Production so instead of PurKi on livestreams saying RBW stands for 'really bad wifi' the fans could say RBP stands for Really Bad Promoting).

Yeah it’s bold but still very controlled- nothing reads as nasty or obscene. It’s done in a way that keeps it lighthearted imo. Just another form of expression. But hey, I guess it’s up to the viewer to take it as sexualising/provocative or simply a high energy fun summer MV.
And they definitely have an older age demographic to appeal to, they stand out as the only ones in the current gen who have this carefree/more mature concept (understandably… bc of the amount of younger groups). Plus they have the creative freedom within their company to pull something like this off
