Due to our past and the way our childhood was lived, we develop several behavioural traits on particular triggers and during that time we act very childish. There is a possibility that our inner child has not been properly taken care of and is in pain.
With help of hypnotherapy, we will eliminate that pain and fill it with love and self-care. This session will allow us to reconnect with our own selves and have better introspection about self-identity.

Sir, I've been trying to do this hypnosis for last 3 days, morning and night as you instructed, but I am totally unable to visualise or imagine myself in a hallway or corridor or the door, the circle, or the staircase. All I see is black when I close my eyes, and no matter how much I focus I can't see the things you asked to imagine in this video. What can I do about that? Does this mean I cannot do this? And does this mean it isn't going to work for me or help me?

Practice meditation to enhance imagination and visualization skills. Not everyone has equal ability to imagine and visualize. Meditation allows us to enhance this skill. Improvement might be slow but it will be there for sure.
