News conference in Oxford in severe flooding

Governor Ned Lamont today joined Oxford First Selectman George Temple, local legislators, and the state's emergency management team for a news conference at Oxford Town Hall to discuss the historic and severe flooding that occurred on the afternoon and evening of Sunday, August 18.
