Shooting the superb Leighton Long Mountain (Shooters Vlogg 59)

Join us as we return to one of Wales hidden gems, the Leighton Long Mountain shoot. From our first visit in the 21/22 season we were hooked and couldn't wait to get back to see how Charles, Victoria, Lee and Tanya had made it even better, and they didn't disappoint!!
Even with ever changing weather the birds were skyscrapers, and certainly made us work!
Definitely a bucket list shoot!

Well shot JP. Some really nicely presented birds at that place and you shot a couple of lovely left and rights there. One or two nice little misses as well but you can’t win them all. Keep going my friend, your shooting is as flamboyant as your tweeds sir 👍

Another wonderful film Jp👍great to see the dogs working . That shoot is truly wonderful, truly amazing scenery and beautiful rolling countryside.some of those birds were sky scrapers!!!!absolutely superb action .you took some wonderful shots there 👍I do like a bit of snapshot action. It’s very lively action ,and great to see. Nice shooting, some testing birds, especially the hen that ducked left then right. First drive,sun in the eyes, thought it’s going to be dry in Wales , no you got everything except snow . Nice shoot, pity it’s so far away from me. Hope you had a good season, take care and stay safe. Dave.
