Yes i always bring magnesium just because its an "attack all" skill, if it hits, free damage, if it misses 3 enemies, doesnt matter since 3 tokens are removed for one attack
Wanderer Jester is now a viable path as its a combination of two-ish of the old paths. So people who can't experiment too much can go to wanderer now as before it just sucked.
How to play Soloist Jester, Tap Solo+ , Finale, Encore, Solo, finale.... If whatever you are fighting is not dead by this point you are doing something wrong
What’s complicated???? You just use moves to buff his finale on solisist and or pick a team wide buff with virtuoso, that’s it You got handed verity and skill expression and found a way to cry about it, *GOD*
PD with Surgeon Incision completely carried me through the first 3 confessions, the ability to output solid damage + DoT AND be a healer at the same time let's off more leeway for "dont care, leper chop" parties where you don't really have to think
Honestly there's a very simple reason why Malediction isn't valued as highly as Burning Stars; Malediction can be resisted. With Burning Stars you know what you get. Flat high damage and you can play around blind/dodge/weakened tokens. With Malediction, the enemy can just straight up resist it. You can't predict it, you can't play around it. You can just straight up waste your empowered tokens and your Occultist turn by the enemy resisting it.
Surgeon with incision has carried me through most infernal flames. I built teams around making her nuke with incision and it worked hella good most of the time
I also like it work some of the lower value trinkets that apply blind or daze at 15% rate or whatever, just a convenient bonus to make them generate a little more value
It's path limited, but I really love Crusader Banneret's Tenacity. Throwing out teamwide block really helps me feel like my team is safe for a turn. Even better if I have a PD with storage key to do the same thing with Ounce of Prevention. Just block for days across the whole team.
double cross especially on rogue or yellowhand! rank 1 hwm becomes viable immediately, since you can keep renewing block and setting up vuln tokens. its best in a dance team, particularly with GR or crusader who can output psycho backline damage
Shuffle I think you should do a "the worst skill of each hero" episode too and how you'd change it to create a design around it Im sure youve plenty ideas and it'll be quite fun to comment around
I honestly love bash on leaperd because if he is blinded but I know the enemys can move him and I'm on a tempest run I just use it to get rid of mine so he is at least staying where he should stay.
Hey shuff, do you think the comunity will make a BH mod to turn him into a normal character. I love what RH has done but Im always looking for character variety. Thanks for all the great content
Surgeon PD is disgusting, I’ve been carrying this torch for so long, mad crits for days. It’s kinda boring because i feel like i need to take PD in every comp just because of how strong her entire kit is, hopefully vestal buffs makes me reconsider
I forget which one it is but I master the one that makes combo when you master it, so both razors wit and fade to black make a combo token. Combo whichever direction you go
@@ShuffleFM LETS GOOOOOOO, btw wanted to know something, are your other guides outdated by any means? when i first started the game they helped me a lot and i want to test every character. Thanks for the good work shuffle
@@lucasdiassilveira9762 The basic info holds up since the changes focused mostly on paths. If you mean the heroes without reworks still then yes they are fine
I like using instructrice duelist as a stress healer more than jester. Primarily because she can hit rank 4 with coupe de grace whereas jester cannot. Which means she can hit the tap root on general if she has to. She’s not the greatest choice for it but you have the option. She’s pretty much replaced jester in my party comps. While her stress heal does require her to be in defensive stance, she’s also great at dodge tanking, honestly she’s the best at it.
Most underrated skill is obviously "Exit to Menu" at the inn :3
My most underrated skill is being a very loving spouse, but only if you are a woman with a particularly high level of musculature
Someone make those loverslab mods for DD2 Hellion already, this man is THIRSTY.
Super situational for PD but I always bring Magnesium into Dens. Stealing four dodge tokens from those fucking spiders is amazing.
Yes i always bring magnesium just because its an "attack all" skill, if it hits, free damage, if it misses 3 enemies, doesnt matter since 3 tokens are removed for one attack
Mag is surprisingly good
@ShuffleFM I tend to leave it on more times than not incase a lot of tokens it can burn come up or some pesky corpses build up.
@@ehoffart529 Same, it's straight up a super good skill. Remove a bunch of dodge tokens, proc trinkets etc.
They made MAA and Jester overcomplicated like the duelist, now I need a degree in Astrophysics to execute a finale.

MAA is very easy: play Wanderer since all his paths are very bad now
What’s complicated???? You just use moves to buff his finale on solisist and or pick a team wide buff with virtuoso, that’s it
You got handed verity and skill expression and found a way to cry about it, *GOD*
@@0rcd0c that's kinda true
Missfire is one of the best skills in the game, making a enemy remove stress from every hero is really good

Pick to the face IS SO NICE to use during oblivion fights since they love to spam block all the time

Probably doesn't matter but, you forgot to talk about Bounty Hunter!.
That would be a tough one. Probably bodyguard or hurlbat
Surgeon with incision has carried me through most infernal flames. I built teams around making her nuke with incision and it worked hella good most of the time
Mastered double cross is absolutely bonkers. I always use it to wipe Leviathan from existence.
My underrated strat is not taking Jester's Stress Heal; a second attack or third utility skill adds SO many options.
One that YOU sleep on too much in Mag rain. Especially with raindom DOT trinkets.
I also like it work some of the lower value trinkets that apply blind or daze at 15% rate or whatever, just a convenient bonus to make them generate a little more value
so much baiting in this video, when initially talking about a underrated skill, you hover over another one. I love it

It isn't disorienting gas, unsubbing.
Its flashbang but worse

Thx for all the great content. Just startet playing DD1 a week ago. Its a lot of fun and your charater videos are a great help. 😎
Strategic Withdrawal is balanced by its unassuming base stats, so nobody bothers to master it 😌

Always run Highway Robbery. Don’t think I have ever even equipped Strategic Withdraw. Will have to try it.

Thanks for the vid! I always enjoy your analysis.
Stunning blow is a winner, always felt really content whenever I used it
Last month I had a Surgeon Plague Doctor who was criting to the 40s with Incision, first time it happen I was damn not only she heals but she attack.
Call the ambulance, but not for me
Hey shuff, do you think the comunity will make a BH mod to turn him into a normal character. I love what RH has done but Im always looking for character variety. Thanks for all the great content
It exists already :)
Unless it got taken down to fix it lol
My main problem with Undying is that after the battle, all the healing tics go away, leaving you with less value
True but road healing op af
People actually sleep on malediction????
That's my -points at you and erases you- move for my dps focused team.
@shufflefm With this new update nerfing Jester and Man At Arms, what would you say is the strongest 4 party comp for Grand Slam now?
I'll have a vid soonish

me, who uses most of these moves regularly: guess im underappreciated :3
