Hello Colin and Family , Very enjoyable vid mate ! , The festival looked good again this year , wish I could have gone ,But not to be , Be Well all , until next time .🙂👍
You answered my question thinks bubble - our porta potty lives in the same spot. ….no need for an iron, I’m the only one who ever uses it in our house for my work uniform, definitely not missed - would that count for an extreme ironing event? You’ve got a what on your chest?!😂😂 and a cracking ‘you not eating that?’ Good work 👍🏻🍺
Great video again and I did notice at 16:50 over your right shoulder a stall selling Yorkshire Pudding Wraps.......hmmmm, Saltaire Festival next year for me 😁
I've seen that swing out table leg on the Van Life Builds channel. It's from a company called Clearcut Campervan Design aka Clearcut Conversions. It's on their website under Self Build Parts > Table Legs & Accessories.
Hey Paul I bought it from OSKC water Sports in Combe Martin Devon (while we were there mate) Dees answer will probably help better as I don't think OSKC post stuff out :)
Hi Colin, with out question you guys will be having a great time @ CamperQiff. I was a tad worried when you cut the board using your cajon as a bench. Will you be bringing the cajon to Dubbed Out meet next week. Request from Vanlife? Aussie Dave and Maqueenie
Awesome vid Colin. Table looks the nuts. The microphone is not the nuts though buddy. Think the dead cat wind cover has slightly muted/muffled your voice and other audio. Multi use is the future😂😂🤣
Ok watching this after your recent tour upload . I’ve bought a swivel table, looks pretty much the same. The company wanted £45 to ship to Northern Ireland so have to wait to get of a relative when in England in few weeks as shipped to them. Anyway big question is screwing into floor and panel I’m concerned might hit something shouldn’t eg fuel filler is around there. Is there a suitable length or way of being sure? Looks like you just started screwing (oh eye 😂)Thanks Paul
Thats a nuts delivery cost... made my wallet start vibrating 🤣🤣 The floor is totally fine, nothing underneath that part but if you're unsure, have a quick look under your under tray first. Your best bet is not to use long screws on the side panel where the fuel filler pipe is. You can again, take out the fuel cap and housing to check, but there is enough room behind there. If you have an ad blue pipe, you will be better off checking as I don't have ad blue ;)
@@Yorkshirepoptopadventures perfect thanks, older than yours it’s a t5 so no ad blue. Big advantage in having self build conversion you know what’s behind and were things are routed etc.
Excellent use of a wake board, try putting the tape on the plate of your jigsaw rather than on the piece your cutting it will protect your work and wont remove the laminate or varnish from your work. Great vids Colin. The Swans obv's didn't want to be on your vid.
@@Jensen-64 dodged a bullet TBF, every non-permit parking space for about a 10 mile radius disappears. Our car doesn't move for both weekends it's on every year 😂 Good for local businesses though.
I would give the table several coats of yacht varnish, otherwise using the table may where the paint off. Also how can someone have so many jars of spices in a rack! ( in your kitchen) 😂
Next time yer in Saltaire, go to Fannies Ale House, take yer pints into the back room & go right to the back, and have a look at the collage on the left. Maybe don't take yer wife & daughter; it's a bit fruity 😂
Haha I know the one you mean matey 🤣🤣! We love it in Fannies... In fact, Michelle pulled a blinder when we moved to Otley. There is a pub called the old cock... She said "I love Old Cock, it reminds me of Fannies" legend 🤣🤣
@@Yorkshirepoptopadventures every time we drive past the sign for the Game Cock on the a65, I make an untypeable on here comment to my wife 🤣 Also, I know the Old Cock, she used to work in Otley so I've had a few in there before.
Awesome mate 👌. Michelle he has had the heating on 😂😂
Great idea Colin. I want to steal that idea off you now!
I love your little table. 👍
Nice one, thanks for sharing. Looks a perfect place to surf the internet with the toasty heater on ;-)
Good video and I’m thinking in 6 months time it be one of those things you thought was a good idea. 😂😂😂😂 I have a cupboard of them. 😂😂😂😂
Hi Colin great video. Table looks fantastic good idea 👍Cheers Jc.
Love it. Somewhere to put your cuppa while sat on the loo!
Love the table mate....think i might add to our van as well
Actually really like it, its turned out well that wee shelf. Looks handy once the seat has swivelled too....hmm....feeling another van buy coming on!

I think it looks great.
Wasn’t bothered until you said about ironing!!
Must admit it looks pretty cool
Hi this is quality, do you have a link to where you got the swingy arm kit thingyamabob from please. Keep up the quality vids 😎
The removed lacquer just gives it a "distressed " look, like it's seen some action. Way more authentic for the surf/van life!

Looks cool great Vlog 🤙
Can’t believe you’re using a Cajon as a work bench!!!😮
Haha neither can I 🤣🤣
Maybe I can use my two floor toms on my new TAMA StartClassic as a workbench. 🤣🥁
Na, you're better off using a DW bass drum and an Emad drum head, more stability 🤣🤣
🤣😱
Next time Colin, tape the base plate of the jigsaw. I’ve found that works a treat. Great video as usual 👌🏽😉
What a brilliant idea, cheers buddy!
Turned out better than expected young Colin, hope you & all your subscribers have a great weekend @ CamperQuiff 22 👍🏻
Hey matey, thanks so much

Haha yes you did, Olivia had one and it looked AMAZING
@@Yorkshirepoptopadventures I've had them in the past and I have to say they are .........nice
Colin, I think you’re at the point where another van is needed pal, your running out of space 🤙.
Haha don't tempt me mate 🤣🤣
Masking tape and cut the board base up 👍
oh dear Colin 😂😂
so the tape takes more paint off than the saw!! 😆
Appreciate you’ll be busy with the get together but when you have a sec can you post a link to where you got the swing out table frame from?

Thanks buddy, I have been trying some other ways of using it. A bit hit and miss to be honest. Thanks for the feedback bud :)

Just one small question... is the fuel filler not in that post where you screwed the bottom bracket ??
Yes it is, mark your drill with tape to the depth needed, and be very careful!
100% matey, I should have mentioned it. Use very short screws :) or do as Mathew says... ;)

Where have you got the items from pls ?
If I remember rightly the leg was from Van X but the Wake Board "table top" was bought at shop in Devon while we were on holiday
Nice work on the table 👍 how long has the festival been going for?
Hey bud, it started in 2003 :)
Thanks Colin ☺️ that's the year I moved away.

Biggest, swankiest bog roll holder in t'North .. (I see that you are still rocking the Maltese pigeon look 🙄)
Thanks skinny jean guy 🤣😍
Why didn't you cut it from the bottom so scrapes etc on underside ? 🤣
Live and learn matey 🤣🤣
