So glad you enjoyed the video! Make sure you have a heavy protein based diet & you’re consistent in the gym. If you’re just getting back in the gym…weight, sets & reps are going to vary depending on each individual. I would say for a beginner starting with 5-6 exercise 2-3 sets 8-12 reps (if you’re focus is weight gain)
