Her performances in the "Suspense" radio versions of "Sorry, Wrong Number" and "The Yellow Wallpaper, along with this one, are truly disturbing...and a little annoying (she's so frantic!).

Of course, as a 60 something, my exposure to Agnes Morehead was as the mother character on Bewitched. I never realized she was such a great actress from that role.
The ending seems different than when it aired on Greg Bell's mid-night show When Radio Was. The end when I listened was remembered well. The doomed to death had a surprise.
This was a great one. Ms. Moore head is one of the greats. Had me guessing all the way thru.
