Crunchy biscuits with honey and cinnamon - GOLDEN RECIPES

RECIPES:
Ingredients (about 50 pieces)
200 g of brown sugar
300 ml corn oil
300 ml orange juice
1 teaspoon of soda
1 spoon full of honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
About 1 kg of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
Take a bowl and dissolve the sugar in the oil.
Then in another container add the juice, pour the soda and mix until the mixture foams. Then, add the juice to the oil and mix.
Season with honey, cinnamon and cloves and along the way incorporate the flour and baking powder until the dough pulls away from your hands.
Continue and shape into cookies and place them on a baking tray with non-stick paper.
Finally, bake them at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
