That was wonderful, my son has venus in pisces, when he was new born, a neighbor said in surprise, that baby glows, this was so him, also mars in capricorn, both so there together. I recently heard an astrologer say that the shadow of Pisces is that Pisces is the shadow as it represents all of the collective and personal unconsciousness. I struggled with viewing essential dignities as super positive or negative. I've realized that a planet in domicile or exaltation is not also positive due to light v. dark, aspects, house placements, sect, etc. I'm shocked that notable figures have this placement and experienced some pretty tough things ❤

Same! Venus is my chart ruler and it is in Pisces in my 11th conjunct Lilith. I have always loved religion and spirituality and was always shocked when I encountered ones in my youth who were not spiritual “in earnest.” I am deeply attracted to personalities that are spiritually seeking or working through something. Life has taught me that we don’t have control over the choices of others but we can love them as long as the divine wills. ❤
Venus in Pisces here. It's definitely a difficult placement. When i was younger i felt like an exposed nerve. I need medication to give me a healthy outer shell.
Thanks for this, Adam! I have Venus at 1 degree of Pisces, and this really resonated with me. I also have Mars at 8 degrees Pisces, which can be a lot (and very frustrating to my Cap Mercury and Rising). Luckily I have Jupiter in Sag in my 12th house (even though conj. Uranus and sq Venus/Mars) and my Moon in Virgo opposes my Venus to the degree, so lots of opportunities to find balance and peace through internal conflict transformation and mediation!!! 😅🧘🏼♀️ But then again, there’s that weird desire for conflict so that the yearning never goes away fully, because where is the divine/love if not in the yearning for the divine/love. 😱
I’m wondering how where we were born affects these aspects. For instance, I was born in Brazil and Pisces is between summer and fall. Should I assume that it represents the same because it is moving from a vibrant season to a season when things die?
It means of two bodies or natures simultaneously, usually referring to the combination of tropical and solid qualities the double bodied signs carry, but also the duality of the constellation images...two fish, two twins, maiden and bird, horse and man...
