To get that hitsound I have been used to, download the skin that I have been pinned the link. Then you have it through taking the hitsounds from inside of the downloaded skin folder. Welp, that is the default-hitsound of osudroid.
Well, it is already a multi-touch thing that you maybe do now. I'd recommend to enable the cursor from the options for a better experience. (and skin of course)

I'd change my different color circles through the changing of hex color on the 'skin.json' file on the skin I did use. So, it was kinda quite complicated for the first time. Another thing that affects the game is the incorrectness of skin element being used, check on the skin elements such as SFX, frame picture, or arrows (also you can see on the skin folder) which affects the game, then change into the right skin elements or simply remove it. Btw i might have an answer for this. I figured out that ms is messured my fps/1000 so if you have 60fps you only have 0.06ms and if you achieve 120 fps in osu droid than theoretically you can have no delay on your pen in game, just like in the video. (Im not sure if the measure because i just saw it on a random osu post and i cant find it anymore, but long story short the more the fps the less the delay is. Purposely to tap more circles than usual. Plus it just needs the cursor to work them just like in osu!standard. (Just enable/show the cursor in settings and just try it on the gameplay to make it more comfortable.) For example, I did hold down the stylus pen/one finger onto my phone then there is a cursor on what I have been holding on the specific phone screen area.
There is no adjustment for the circle size (cs) generally because it is built-in. I want to say that you can still adjust the actual circle size through enabling the mod 'Small Circle' or Adjust the screen size in Pre-Release Version. Just use the extra in the specific skin being used if available through copy/paste on in the skin folder. And then a little change of "skin.json" which is the color code, slider thickness, etc. It is quite complicated for the first time, but I recommend joining the skin server (o!d) on Discord because there are useful stuff like simple guides, apps, etc. which it helps me to do that kind of stuff Plus, just ask people on there about the 'o!d skin server' on the O!d International Server. xD Aside from that, sadly, I did delete those edited skin files.
