Just a heads up, i have a batch from 2023 F001397. Its incredibly heavy and dense on the smoke, its like there was a layer of ash over all the other accords. Very dense musk, and a super bright and poppy pineaple that pokes through, but is still covered in smoke.
@eaudetreasure I will say that when I first got it about 4 months ago, it was nothing like that. It was very light and airy, whispy, and did not last. Glad to say it's definitely macerated. Can't wait to see what it's like in a year.
Cheers Steven, big fan of Aventus, I am not a dragon chaser on the batches lol 😆, I have a 2018 50 ml and a 15 ml decant 2011 , a buddy gave it to me some years ago , sniffed it last week and it is in a proper glass 15 ml bottle stored perfectly and it’s turned I was gutted, I asked him did he have his bottle and he did , about half full and he reported oh it smell funny, so yeah Steve they can turn for sure , great vid enjoy it brother before you fall foul like my buddy and my little 15 ml 💪👊🤛
Wow, a 2011! Doesn't it smell very smokey? Are you sure it turned, is it really off? Stale, or most of the top notes are gone. Just wondering. And yes, I have to enjoy this stuff while the clock is ticking.
@ yeah he got it in feb 2012 from his fiance for their summer 2012 wedding lol 😂 it is Smokey, it is to be fair only off in the top and then it holds true to itself, but it does go to show Creeds can have a shelf life , now I’ve a full bottle of 2011 Miliseme Imperial 125 ml and I sniff it every once and a while happily it’s fine but there’s little air as yet in the bottle I suppose I will start to wear it like hell next spring and summer I couldn’t stand it if I let it spoil , all or nothing as the saying goes lol 😂🙏👍
@@brenlynch4811 I like the clones, myself. When fans of the originals tell me they are shocked how good the clones are, that speaks volumes (like Milestone or Sillage). So, makes me want to buy the expensive ones less.
I tried it before but I think it's quite different from Aventus. I'll have to give it another try, different bottle. BTW, I used to be a big Howard fan.
I just buy a bottle when it finishes. Never cared much about the batch craze. Have they all smelled slightly different ? Yup but not gonna care too much about it. Just bought an F batch a few months ago and its fruity and more citrusy for sure but performs pretty well on me compared to my previous bottle from 2019 which was a birch batch. Nice smelling dna and great pick up 👍
I only notice the tiny differences when I sniff the opening for the first minute or so. When wearing it, they all smell quite similar to me...Aventus. I don't think it's worth paying high sums of money for a particular batch, when there are so many variables that affect the scent. I'm glad to hear you got a newer bottle that performs well. I have a brand new F batch 100ml as well that I haven't opened.
my friend it is a counterfit bottle and not authentic, u got scammed, caps like this come only on 2010-2011 batches, but the sprayer from the bottle is from 2015 at least. thats why the cap sitts so wanky, its not made for that kind of sprayers. Its a refilled bottle. the bottle did not change collour because its a refill, i have a 15x01 and its greenish juice. and u can clearly see that it is green. if it would be real 30ml are worth around 250-300 Euros. erwin creedn did also not made the scent or hernault, its all a hoax, they never were parfumers in the first place, creed is made on a pile of lies lmao. the only man who created it is pierre. also how u describe the 15x01 is complete wrong, it is a dark gothic batch, earthy and dense, more on the currant side, really dark and nothing bright or citrusy/woody. sorry for your loss, i hope u did not pay much because its more than easy to open this bottles and refill them.

Nishane’s Hacivat is a good substitute for Aventus. Pineapple that actually lasts and it has a fantastic oak moss dry down
