Calcium is only part of the problem. If you are consuming a diet rich in leafy greens you should be getting plenty of calcium. Getting it into the bones maybe the problem, vitamin K2 helps with that, then there is collagen to consider, which is a major component of the bone matrix.

You had luck and so what? I know smokers that are in good health, people that eat tons of sugar and refined carbohydrates that are in good health. Also eating mostly animal protein is not natural at all, for thousands and thousands years we ate 100-300g fibers, plant based protein and only a small amount of animal protein (and it was way more natural than the industrial meat since we were eating the whole animal).

I cured diabetes following a whole foods vegan diet. But do go on about living with a condition needlessly for over 25 years. 😂

You had luck and so what? I know smokers that are in good health, people that eat tons of sugar and refined carbohydrates that are in good health. Also eating mostly animal protein is not natural at all, for thousands and thousands years we ate 100-300g fibers, plant based protein and only a small amount of animal protein (and it was way more natural than the industrial meat since we were eating the whole animal).

Eating fish is unethical and unnecessary. You're better off without it and so is the planet and ofc the fish..
