Genius ? Why didn't I think of that! I couldn't t see what you did with the propane tank I assume it's outside the trailer in the front or did you convert it to electric?

The tank is still inside the cart accessed through the side door.

I'm glad I found this because I have the same Heritage Cart but need some kind of shelter because here in Wyoming it's WI ndy Raining and middle of summer Cotton from the cotton wood trees blows everywhere. So I decided my shelter would be a fixed up small horse tailer. There 5x 6 i mside.

@@broccolihart1 Yes start with a hot dog cart and then once you grow your business you can expand. I'm already looking at another year and I should be able to expand to my 20 foot trailer I want and expand my menu!

Can you tell me what was used for the menu board? I couldn't get a good look, and I need to get one. Thank you!

Been looking at generators. Does that 2000 watt generator run all of his equipment on the trailer?

It handles the electric warmer I use for steaming buns, fans, cash register and all that easy... I have a 1,500 watt electric griddle and it couldn't handle it!

must be in a lucky state for the health department I see no 3 bay sink with separate hand wash sink all trailers and trucks here require it with a hot water heater

Most states require that... it's why it's on our carts.

Once it was permitted as a push cart I can put in in the trailer here in NC and the trailer becomes my shelter, kinda like under a tent with all the sides without all the sinks and hood system etc.. Anyway it's a loophole you can use here. NC doesn't require sinks on a push cart. They call it that here, but it's a hot dog cart!

Kind of figured you were in one of the easier vending states that’s good not all are hard to start vending in I may finance an enclosed trailer with the full setup used there’s a good amount for a decent price or go with a fixed unit at one spot or just go with one of the closing restaurants and list it as a commissary for a few other vendors and rent it plus do all my cooking the down side to all of that is cost rent is high and so is buying a building outright but once it’s yours it pays off quickly with a lower budget friendly purchase anyways nice setup I would try it but couldn’t cook a burger or cheesesteaks anything that’s not a frozen hot dog isn’t allowed meat wise on an open cart has to be enclosed with screened opening serving windows and burgers and cheesesteaks normally means a griddle then all the hood and suppression comes in some don’t have it around here I assume they bend in a small town or only do catering or private events then you can get away with not having it depending where you serve wish it was more affordable and easier but then everyone would be on every allowed corner lol
