I'm glad that there is a tutorial on how to draw stairs since I'm working on drawing backgrounds (in digital) but this has helped me with a drawing method for stairs, anyways thank you!!!!

great video, very helpful!
although, i hit a snag when i got to the point where you have to work out how to find where the vertical line goes. the method you used above didn't work for me, as i had stairs that continued beyond the main vertical line of the drawing. is there another method to find out the verticals? i ended up using a different method that involved contructing a slope of any angle i made, but it'd be cool to understand a more measured and accurate method than guess work.
but other than that, fantastic work, thank you so much for sharing with us!

the verticle line on the far left of the 4th step....confusion how you caculate the step with measurements. gets confusing there. I could guess the where abouts of the line. but I know theres a formula. I have no idea
