Advantages: clan technologies feel good in this one - I can't pack all this into an IS heavy.
Disadvantages: pretty hot; weapons hardpoints positioning.
The build: clan XL engine 300; 4*clan double heatsinks; clan active probe; full cooldown, heatgen, missile (except spread), magazine capacity, UAC, AMS, cool run, target decay talents; +1 consumable slot; full Mobility.
